With more than 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety and over six years as a Professional Counselor, Leslee brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and field-based industry experience. Her background includes supporting large-scale construction and industrial projects, where she worked directly with crews, supervisors, and leadership teams to improve safety performance, reduce incidents, and strengthen workplace accountability.


Since 2019, Leslee has worked as a Professional Counselor through Humanology Partners, focusing on the mental health challenges facing high-risk and high-pressure industries. Her experience includes serving as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager and Site Safety Coordinator on major transportation, civil, industrial, and port-related projects throughout British Columbia.


As a mental health advocate and connector, Leslee helps bridge the gap between workers and accessible support systems through peer-support initiatives, real-time mental health resources, and onsite engagement strategies designed for practical, real-world application.
