With more than 34 years of experience in heavy industry, Jim has been with Unique Group since 1991, developing extensive expertise in crane operations, commercial diving, subsea surveys, uncrewed surface vehicles (USVs), regulatory compliance, and engineered lifting solutions. His technical background includes Water Weights® load testing systems, Seaflex™ buoyancy technologies, wire rope integrity, sonar analysis, ROV inspections, and operational risk reduction strategies.
