The investment reinforces NMT’s commitment to high-capacity , electric crane technology  and sustainable fleet growth. New Spierings SK1265-AT6 eLift Joins NMT Fleet UK rental company NMT Crane Hire  has added another six-axle Spierings SK1265-AT6 eLift self-erecting mobile tower crane  to its growing fleet, with the unit collected directly from Vertikal Days  following its appearance on the show stand. The Spierings SK1265-AT6 eLift  delivers a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tonnes , which it can handle at a radius of more than 13 metres . The crane is equipped with a 60-metre jib , offering a 1,700kg jib tip capacity  at a 35-metre horizontal jib height , while maximum lift height reaches 64.2 metres  with the jib luffed to 30 degrees . Advanced eLift Technology Supports Sustainable Lifting The crane is fitted with Spierings’ advanced eLift electric drive system , allowing the crane to connect to a mains power supply  ranging from 11A to 25A or 32A , which can be pre-set depending on site conditions. Power is managed through a Lithium-ion PowerPack , which absorbs peak energy demand while enabling the crane to operate from standard electrical outlets without compromising performance. During periods of lower power demand, the battery system automatically recharges. For sites without access to mains power, the SK1265-AT6 eLift  is also equipped with a compact diesel engine , capable of generating the electrical power required for full crane operation. Strategic Investment Underscores Long-Term Fleet Strategy NMT managing director JD Ambridge  highlighted the significance of the latest addition to the fleet. “This acquisition marks another pivotal moment and investment for NMT . The SK1265-AT6 eLift  adds unparalleled capacity, speed, and sustainability to our fleet. This is the third Spierings mobile tower crane  in the fleet, which underlines our trust in the product. Partnering closely with Spierings and showcasing this crane at Vertikal Days  demonstrates a responsible growth strategy as we reliably service clients across the country.” About NMT Crane Hire NMT Crane Hire  is a UK-based crane rental specialist headquartered in Bedford , Southern England.
