Italian rental company Nolo 2000 has taken delivery of a 71-metre Multitel MJE 710 truck-mounted platform, becoming the second operator in Italy to add the model to its fleet.

The machine becomes the company’s new flagship and is the second MJE 710 delivered in Italy, following the first unit supplied to Ciemme Noleggio in November last year. The MJE 710 was officially unveiled at Bauma in April, marking Multitel’s entry into the ultra-high-reach truck-mounted access segment. MJE 710 Offers High Reach and Variable Outreach The Multitel MJE 710 features a: Five-section lower boom Three-section upper boom Articulating jib This configuration provides: 70.6 metres maximum working height 30.1 metres outreach with 600 kg 33.4 metres outreach with 320 kg 37 metres outreach with 100 kg The platform is designed to combine long reach with flexible load performance for demanding access applications. Investment Supports Fleet Expansion Strategy Nolo 2000 owner Simone Schianchi said the decision to invest in the MJE 710 was driven by performance and usability: “The investment in this machine results from our desire to expand our fleet with a work platform that combines high performance with easy operation.” He added that long-term experience with the manufacturer influenced the purchase: “Over the years, we have always benefited from the reliability of the Multitel machines and a support service that has guaranteed uninterrupted operation.” Factory Visit and Operator Training in Manta A Nolo 2000 team visited Multitel’s headquarters in Manta, south of Turin, to collect the platform. The visit included operator training and a tour of the manufacturing facility.
