30 Second Takeaway

German rental specialist Beyer Mietservice has strengthened its fleet with the purchase of 58 Manitou telehandlers, marking Manitou’s largest telehandler order of the year. The deal includes a significant number of 360-degree rotating MRT models alongside high-capacity MHT Heavy Duty machines, reinforcing a long-standing partnership focused on premium equipment, performance, and safety.

A Major Fleet Investment

Beyer Mietservice has confirmed the purchase of 58 new Manitou telehandlers, comprising a mix of rotating and heavy-duty straight-frame models designed to meet a wide range of construction, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

The majority of the machines were delivered last week to Beyer’s facility in Etzbach, with the remaining units scheduled to arrive early next year.

The order was placed during Bauma earlier this year, underlining Beyer’s continued investment in modern, high-performance rental equipment.

In addition, Beyer ordered a comprehensive range of attachments, including:

These accessories expand the versatility of the machines across lifting, placement, and access applications.

Partnership Built on Performance

The handover of the machines was attended by Dieter Beyer, Managing Director of Beyer Mietservice, alongside Peter Wildemann and Simon Rath of Manitou.

Dieter Beyer commented:

“It is our aim to provide our customers with premium machines that are technologically advanced, while offering the highest performance and safety levels. This latest order is an indication of the strength of our partnership with Manitou.”

The purchase reflects Beyer’s strategy of maintaining a technologically up-to-date rental fleet, ensuring customers have access to reliable, high-capacity equipment for demanding applications.

Supporting a Diverse Customer Base

With the addition of the new Manitou machines, Beyer Mietservice continues to support a wide customer base across construction, industrial maintenance, infrastructure, and event logistics, where rotating telehandlers and heavy-duty lift capacity are increasingly in demand.

The mix of MRT and MHT models allows Beyer to offer flexible lifting solutions, from precise placement at height to heavy material handling on demanding sites.
