Expanded Portfolio Marks Major Milestone

Tadano has been a long-standing exhibitor at Vertikal Days, but 2025 marks a turning point. For the first time since acquiring Manitex Group and Nagano, Tadano is presenting a fully integrated product range that extends well beyond traditional cranes.

The expanded lineup reflects Tadano’s accelerated brand integration strategy and its ambition to become the global number one lifting equipment manufacturer.

“With this trade fair appearance, we demonstrate that the integration of the new product lines into the Tadano portfolio is progressing rapidly,” said Lloyd Gee-Nyland, Managing Director UK & Ireland at Tadano.
“We are now offering our customers a broader range of products than ever before all under the Tadano brand.”

What Visitors Will See at Vertikal Days

At Vertikal Days on September 10–11 at Newark Showground, Tadano will occupy Stand 122, featuring a cross-section of lifting and access equipment from across its expanded portfolio.

Key exhibits include:

  • Tadano GR-1000EX-4 rough terrain crane

  • Tadano Valla series pick & carry cranes

  • Tadano Oil & Steel series crawler boom lifts

Flagship Crane: GR-1000EX-4

Headlining the stand is the Tadano GR-1000EX-4, one of the company’s flagship rough terrain cranes. Known for its balance of 100-ton lifting capacity, compact footprint, and advanced safety systems, the GR-1000EX-4 represents Tadano’s core crane expertise within the broader portfolio.

The crane remains a benchmark for:

  • Heavy industrial lifting

  • Infrastructure and energy projects

  • Demanding rental applications

Beyond Cranes: A Unified Lifting Ecosystem

The inclusion of aerial platforms, pick & carry cranes, and articulating loader cranes demonstrates Tadano’s evolution into a full-spectrum lifting and access provider.

By integrating Manitex, Nagano, Valla, PM, and Oil & Steel technologies under one brand,

Tadano is simplifying:

  • Fleet management

  • Training and service support

  • Product compatibility for customers
