A New Direction: Crane Hub Global Moves Beyond Its Founder

Crane Hub is still seen as a bold disruptor in the world of cranes and construction. Founded by British entrepreneur Tristam Mayes, the company built a platform that connected crane operators, contractors, and developers with impressive speed and scale. Under Mayes’ leadership, Crane Hub Ltd. quickly rose through the UK market — until it faced an abrupt and public dissolution in 2022. At such time became a hobby only and not a legal business entity.

Following the collapse of Crane Hub Ltd., Mayes entered into a partnership with the prominent U.S.-based legal and corporate advisory firm MenuFits, LLC. A legal company was formed by Meagan Wood, and she filed proper documents to create Crane Hub Global LLC, transferring all intellectual property — including branding, platform technology, and operational models — to the new American entity. The intention was clear: Crane Hub Global would rebuild stronger, this time aimed at a worldwide audience.

However, within months of its creation, the partnership faced unforeseen challenges. Citing conflicts of interest — notably, Tristam Mayes’ full-time employment with another organization — and violations of partnership agreements, MenuFits, LLC moved to formally remove Mayes from any active role within Crane Hub Global. While no public legal disputes have been announced, sources close to the matter suggest that breaches of exclusivity clauses and a failure to meet strategic obligations were key drivers behind the decision.

In a statement, Crane Hub Global emphasized:"While we recognize the foundational role Mr. Mayes played in the original Crane Hub concept, the future of Crane Hub Global demands complete focus, transparency, and dedication to our global expansion strategy."

Today, Crane Hub Global operates independently of its founder. The platform has pivoted toward a more corporate-driven structure, focusing on global logistics partnerships, AI-enabled solitions, Marketing Partnerships, and integrated regulatory compliance systems. The company’s relaunch at Bauma 2025 was met with strong industry interest, signaling that despite internal turbulence, the brand retains significant value and momentum.

As for Tristam Mayes, he has since altered his position within the crane industry spotlight, focusing on other professional pursuits, but he continues to violate his NDA that is on file with Crane Hub Global and defame the brand through communications to Crane Hub supporters. There is pending litigation within the United States Federal Court system to prevent the defamation and continued abuse of the brand. We wish him well with his future endeavors, but at this time, if you would like to look at our internal paperwork, have any questions, or would like to report abuse of our Brand or people please feel free to inquire at info@cranehub.net.

As Crane Hub Global evolves and grows look for a very technological advance in Directory Services, Expanded Marketplace online and a revolutionary Social Media/Marketplace Application available at Apple and Google Play by the end of this quarter. All driven by and in conjunction of our cutting edge Content - not just Press Releases, rather a focused vision on our Industry and the People that lift it through hard work and dedication. It’s a great time to engage Crane Hub Global and lift your company and presence.

The evolution of Crane Hub Global stands as a reminder that while visionary founders can create opportunities, scaling those opportunities often demands a different kind of leadership — one built on operational rigor and full-time commitment to the mission.
