Record Attempt Planned for Opening Ceremony

Organisers of ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026 are preparing a Guinness World Records attempt for the most people wearing high-visibility safety vests, set to take place during the trade show’s opening ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Industry Celebration and Safety Message

Show director Dana Wuesthoff said the record attempt represents more than just a numerical milestone.

She added that the moment is designed to honour the people and companies responsible for building critical infrastructure such as roads, bridges, airports, and stadiums, while reinforcing that safety remains a top priority across the sector.

Commemorative Vests and Official Adjudication

Participants in the record attempt will receive commemorative safety vests and will be formally recognised for their role in the gathering.
