Northern Ireland-based lifting and construction specialist M.R. Concrete has expanded its fleet with the delivery of another 60 tonne Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 all terrain crane.

The latest addition marks the third LTM 1060-3.1 in the company’s fleet, reinforcing its capacity to support concrete construction and structural projects across Ireland.

The crane is designed for versatility and mobility, making it well suited to construction environments where compact dimensions and rapid deployment are important.


Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 Specifications


The three-axle Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 is equipped with a six-section telescopic boom measuring 48 metres.


The crane can also be fitted with a bi-fold swingaway extension ranging from 9.5 to 16 metres, which increases the crane’s maximum tip height to more than 67 metres.


Key features include:

  • 60 tonne maximum lifting capacity

  • 48 metre telescopic boom

  • 9.5–16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension

  • Maximum tip height exceeding 67 metres

  • Up to 40 degrees of jib offset


The machine is also capable of carrying its full 12.8 tonnes of counterweight while remaining within UK STGO road regulations, allowing efficient transport between job sites without requiring additional support vehicles.
