Jindal joins Terex from CentralSquare Technologies, where she has served as Chief Information Officer for the past four years, leading enterprise technology, data, and digital initiatives.


She began her career in 2002 as a solutions developer with Indian financial services company Subh Santosh Buildwell, before moving to Shahi Exports as a software developer.

In 2004, she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, taking on the role of principal consultant with IT services company Keane India. After becoming an independent consultant in 2006, she moved to Ohio to join Alliance Data as a services leader.


More Than a Decade at Honeywell


In 2010, Jindal joined Honeywell, where she served as Chief Information Officer for more than 11 years, overseeing large-scale digital transformation, enterprise IT modernisation, and data strategy initiatives across the global electronics manufacturing group.

Following her tenure at Honeywell, she relocated to Florida to take up her role at CentralSquare Technologies, further expanding her leadership experience in software development and digital platforms.


Active Board-Level Engagement


Alongside her executive role at Terex, Jindal currently serves on the boards of several organisations, including:

  • Vation Ventures, an IT consulting company

  • Central Florida CIO, an information and networking organisation

  • Evanta, a professional coaching company


She also joined the board of Bain Capital Ventures approximately four months ago, adding private equity advisory experience to her portfolio.
