30 Second Takeaway

Raimondi Cranes has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Terex Tower Cranes, Terex Self-Erecting Cranes, Terex Rough Terrain Cranes, and Terex’s North American service and support operations. Described as one of the most significant crane industry transactions in two decades, the deal will expand Raimondi’s global footprint, product portfolio, and workforce, with completion expected in Q3 2025.

Landmark Acquisition Reshapes Global Crane Market

  • Wilmington, North Carolina (USA)

will transfer to the Raimondi Group, bringing approximately 250 employees into the organisation.

Strategic Expansion of Product Portfolio

The acquisition significantly broadens Raimondi’s product offering, expanding beyond its established tower and luffing jib crane portfolio to include:

It also substantially strengthens Raimondi’s North American presence, adding local service, support, and infrastructure to support customers in the region.
