Faymonville Group Brings Heavy Transport Highlights to Conexpo 2026

30 Second Takeaway

At Conexpo 2026 in Las Vegas, Faymonville Group reinforces its position as a full-range supplier for heavy haul and special transport, unveiling major innovations across its brands. The North American premiere of MAX Trailer headlines the showcase, alongside advanced lowbed and modular transport solutions designed for maximum efficiency, flexibility, and performance in demanding heavy load applications.

Conexpo 2026: A Global Stage for Heavy Transport Innovation

Conexpo in Las Vegas remains one of the world’s most important meeting points for the heavy load and special transportation sector. At the 2026 edition of the show, Faymonville Group will once again use this global platform to demonstrate its engineering leadership, presenting high-performance transport solutions across multiple brands tailored to the North American market.

Key Developments

Faymonville Group Showcases Full-Range Capabilities

At Conexpo 2026, Faymonville Group will highlight its strength as a full-range supplier, offering solutions for everything from oversized construction equipment to complex industrial components. A major focal point will be the U.S. premiere of MAX Trailer, marking a significant expansion of Faymonville’s presence in the North American heavy haul market.

Industry Impact

The introduction of new trailer concepts and axle technologies directly addresses increasing demands for higher payloads, improved manoeuvrability, and compliance with transport regulations. These developments support heavy haul operators seeking safer, more efficient, and more adaptable transport solutions.

Market and Regional Implications

With infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects continuing to grow across North America, Faymonville’s expanded product lineup positions the group to better serve U.S. and Canadian transport companies operating in challenging and oversized load environments.

MAX Trailer U.S. Premiere

MAX110 SD140: A New Single Drop Trailer Concept

The MAX110 SD140 represents a completely reimagined single drop trailer designed to set new standards in transport flexibility. Featuring a compact 2+2 axle configuration, it offers a payload capacity of up to 140,000 lbs while maintaining exceptional manoeuvrability.

Key design elements include a steerable, step deck extendable layout that maximises payload space and a 45° steering angle for smooth cornering. With an overall width of 100 inches, a platform height of 38.2 inches, and a 9.5-inch axle stroke, the trailer delivers strong on-site practicality. Additional features such as a 126-inch rear swing clearance gooseneck and full 2-axle Joe Dog capability make it well suited for transporting machine parts, e-houses, lightweight transformers, and industrial plant components.

MAX510 LD140: Versatile Double Drop Performance

The MAX510 LD140 is a versatile 3-axle double drop trailer engineered for oversized transport. Its low drop deck height allows operators to transport excavators, dumpers, e-houses, and other tall equipment while staying within height limits.

Hydraulic forced king pin steering enhances manoeuvrability, while a bolt-coupling drop deck system enables quick deck insert connections to extend loading length. The ultra-low 11-inch beam height lowers the centre of gravity for improved safety, and a fully metallized low deck provides maximum corrosion protection in harsh operating conditions.

Expanded Lowbed and Modular Solutions

StreetMAX Momentum in North America

Faymonville will also showcase the growing momentum of StreetMAX in North America. At Conexpo 2026, the lowbed trailer will be displayed in a comprehensive configuration featuring a 3-axle jeep dolly, flatbed with continuous steel surface, a 3-axle rear bogie with integrated joker axle, and a coupled 3-axle nitro-booster. This setup highlights an impressive combination of flexibility and performance for complex transport operations.

MegaMAX for Higher Payloads

For higher load requirements, the MegaMAX lowbed trailer will be exhibited in a 4-axle configuration. Equipped with pendle axles offering high stroke and axle angle, and now available alongside power steered axles, the MegaMAX provides enhanced adaptability for demanding heavy transport projects.

ModulMAX and Cometto Innovations

The ModulMAX heavy load module will be presented with six eight-tyred axles, featuring a technical axle load of 45 tonnes per axle line. From Faymonville Group brand Cometto, visitors can explore electronically controlled self-propelled MSPE solutions, including EVO3 models with capacities of up to 70 tonnes per axle line, as well as the compact Eco500 designed for intralogistics projects.
