Fleet Cost & Care Partners with TDC Services to Expand Support Across Australia and Oceania

Updated: Jan 1

30-Second Takeaway

Fleet Cost & Care has announced a strategic partnership with TDC Services to strengthen its presence and customer support across Australia and the wider Oceania market. The partnership expands access to fleet management software for crane and heavy equipment businesses, combining technology with experienced, in-market implementation and advisory support. The move reflects growing demand for structured, data-driven fleet management across crane, rigging and heavy equipment operations.

Industry Context and Market Demand

Across Australia and Oceania, crane, rigging and heavy equipment operators are under increasing pressure to improve fleet visibility, standardise systems and support data-driven decision-making. As businesses scale across regions and manage larger, more complex fleets, demand continues to grow for heavy equipment fleet management platforms that integrate operational, maintenance, safety and financial workflows.

Operators are also placing greater emphasis on crane fleet management solutions that can support compliance, asset utilisation, lifecycle cost tracking and long-term planning, particularly across multi-branch and multi-country operations.

Strategic Partnership Expands Regional Capability

Fleet Cost & Care has announced a strategic partnership with TDC Services to expand its presence and support capabilities across Australia and the wider Oceania market. Under the agreement, TDC Services will act as Fleet Cost & Care’s implementation and advisory partner in the region, supporting customers with fleet management systems deployment, operational transformation programs and fleet performance reporting.

The company said the agreement strengthens its ability to deliver local support backed by experienced, in-market leadership with hands-on understanding of fleet operations.

“Tony understands our platform not just as a consultant, but from the inside as a customer who has led complex, global implementations,” said Jeff Curran, President at Fleet Cost & Care.

“This partnership strengthens our ability to support customers in Oceania with experienced, in-market leadership focused on execution, change management, and measurable outcomes.”

Operational Experience Driving Implementation Success

TDC Services was founded by Tony Durey, an operations and transformation specialist with more than 35 years of senior management experience across Australia, the United States and Canada. His background includes large-scale system implementations, business process improvement initiatives and operational transformation programs across complex, multi-branch organisations.

Durey brings direct experience as a Fleet Cost & Care customer. During his time at Marmon

Cranes Services/Freo Group, he led the rollout of Fleet Cost & Care to approximately 2,000 employees across 60 branches in three countries. The program introduced a standardised heavy equipment fleet management platform across the business and supported broader operational initiatives.

His work also included global paperless transformation programs, Power BI reporting design, lean improvement initiatives and the delivery of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations across multiple entities.

“I’ve seen firsthand the impact Fleet Cost & Care can have when paired with the right delivery approach,” said Durey.“Launching TDC Services allows me to help organisations simplify complexity, improve fleet performance, and deliver change with confidence – backed by a platform I trust and know deeply.”

Supporting Fleet Performance and Future Growth

Under the partnership, TDC Services will support organisations using Fleet Cost & Care with system implementation, operational change programs and reporting strategies designed to improve fleet performance, visibility and decision-making.

Fleet Cost & Care is also preparing to release a new cloud-based fleet management platform in 2026. The platform is designed to provide a scalable foundation for fleet, maintenance, safety and financial workflows as equipment businesses grow and adapt to changing operational demands.
