Northbank Civil and Marine Expands Fleet with Tadano GTC-1600

Northbank Civil and Marine, a specialist in heavy civil, marine, and industrial construction, recently required a powerful and versatile crane to support several dam projects across the region.

Working with Lennon Crane  the Tadano distributor for Washington and Oregon Northbank selected the Tadano GTC-1600 teleboom crawler crane as the best fit for its operational needs.

Versatile Teleboom Crawler for Confined and Marine Environments

These capabilities make the GTC-1600 particularly well suited for dam construction and remediation work, where access, reach, and stability are critical.

Deployed Across Key Pacific Northwest Dam Projects

Northbank’s new Tadano telecrawler will first be placed on a barge to perform work at the Willamette Falls Dam in Oregon City, Oregon.

Trusted Partnership with Lennon Crane and Tadano

Kainan Bodenlos, principal owner of Northbank Civil and Marine, highlighted the long-standing relationship with both Lennon Crane and Tadano:

“Northbank has worked with Lennon Crane since our inception in 2014 and they have always been our ‘go-to’ for bare rent cranes. Following the purchase of our first Tadano GTC in 2020 we have had the opportunity to work with Jamie Land and the Tadano America Group directly. Both companies have always exceeded our expectations when it comes to their abilities and customer service. We couldn’t have been happier to work with Lennon Crane in conjunction with the Tadano America Group to purchase our new GTC-1600.”

Supporting Growth in the Pacific Northwest

The growing partnership between Northbank Civil and Marine, Lennon Crane, and Tadano is expected to support continued growth for all three organisations across the Pacific Northwest.

With its ability to work efficiently on barges, around water, and in confined job sites, the GTC-1600 teleboom crawler will play a key role in Northbank’s core project portfolio.
